Top Tier Dreams opened in 2006 as Burgess Hill's and West Sussex’s specialist provider of bespoke Wedding and Celebration cakes. Traditional, modern and contemporary designs are all catered for by Top Tier Dreams.
Owner Bernadette trained at the National Bakery School and graduated with distinction and as student of the year, worked as senior cake decorator for a well known Oxford Street department store before working for herself.

Opening Top Tier Dreams in Burgess Hill in June 2006 was the culmination of a lifelong ambition to open and run a high quality bespoke confectionary shop providing brides and grooms with the opportunity to choose something which matches their day, rather than accept what is offered by many of the high street providers.
In June 2008 Bernadette moved to 49 Station Road, expanding the display of cakes , increasing the size of the sugracraft selection and started to offer fine English and Belgian chocolates which is trully unique in Burgess Hill.
